Help us fill the Ezra Pantry @ Adas Israel!

Friday, November 2 @ 6:30pm Register Here

Throughout the year, the Ezra Pantry at Adas Israel collects non-perishable food for distribution to SOME, INC (So Others Might Eat), a nonprofit, interfaith organization located in Washington, DC. SOME meets the immediate daily needs of the people we serve with food, clothing, and health care. They help break the cycle of homelessness by offering services, such as affordable housing, job training, addiction treatment, and counseling, to the poor, the elderly and individuals with mental illness. For the month of December, whenever you come to Adas for a YP@AI event or for another service or program, please consider bringing one of these items to donate: Peanut butter (normal size -- not huge), Jelly, Canned tuna, Pancake mix and syrup, Meal in a can (chili, beef stew, spaghetti), Low sodium vegetables, Canned soup (not broth), Breakfast cereal, Granola bars, Jarred sauce like Ragu, Pasta, Canned fruit (low sugar). They also have an Amazon wish list if people want to do that - I know they always need men's underwear, for example: Thank you in advance for helping others throughout this holiday season!
