JxJ DC JEWISH FILM and MUSIC FESTIVAL

Sapir
Saturday, May 10 @ 7:30pm
Edlavitch DCJCC 1529 16th St NW, Washington, DC
An engrossing portrait of the world’s first professional league transgender football referee, who finds herself at personal and professional crossroads. Sapir Berman has worked hard to become a well-respected Israeli professional football league referee. Her determination to continue pursuing her dreams, both on and off the field – never losing the charisma and drive that makes her such a compelling figure – makes Sapir a captivating experience; a sensitive profile of an individual living their life on their terms.
