Annual Congregational Meeting

Wednesday, June 19, Beginning at 6:15pm in Kay Hall
Click Here to Register for the Dinner

The annual meeting is your chance to participate in the growth, health, and vibrancy of your synagogue and your community. Join family and friends as we plot a course for the next year of Jewish communal life in our community. This concept is not new; Moses was once the sole judge in the desert, but his father-in-law advised him to delegate that work broadly. We learn from Moses’s delegation, that a community ought to be empowered to control its destiny and to govern itself. Please take this opportunity to make your voice heard, and to join us as we usher our community forward into a renewed age of warmth, welcoming, and growth.

Featuring Remarks From Special Guest:
Arnold M. Eisen Ph.D.

Arnold M. Eisen, one of the world's foremost authorities on American Judaism, is the seventh chancellor of The Jewish Theological Seminary. Since taking office in 2007, Chancellor Eisen has transformed the education of religious, pedagogical, professional, and lay leaders for North American Jewry, with a focus on graduating highly skilled, innovative leaders who bring Judaism alive in ways that speak authentically to Jews at a time of rapid and far-reaching change.

Celebrating This Year's Yad Hakavod Honoree:

We are thrilled to honor Rae Grad as this year’s Yad Hakavod Award recipient, on behalf of Hesed. She continues to work tirelessly to provide loving kindness to the entire Adas community (and beyond) and to ensure that everyone has found their home here at Adas.
