DC Budget Conversation with Synagogue Communities

Please join Rabbis Alexander, Roos, and Werbow as Adas Israel, Temple Sinai, and Tifereth Israel host a joint event on Sunday, Feb. 28 from 5:00-6:30pm to explore how all DC synagogues and congregations can join for DC Budget advocacy in support of core Jewish values. Learn from speakers representing Jews United for Justice (Joanna Blotner), the Washington Interfaith Network (Amy Vruno), and the DC Fiscal Policy Institute (Kate Coventry) about the DC budget process and key DC human services priorities for the coming budget cycle. Then join your fellow congregants in discussions about the opportunities we have to advocate for change. Register here; meeting information will be emailed to those who register.
