Dear families,
We are so excited to announce our new program for teens: Meshek @ Adas Israel.
Meshek (משק) is an acronym of three Hebrew words: Manhigut (leadership), Sheirut (service), and Kehila (community.) Along with Ma’alot (our post-b’nai mitzvah religious school program), these three values represent the pillars of teen engagement at Adas Israel.

Under the Meshek @ AI umbrella is the brand-new Meshek Teen Leadership Program. The Meshek Teen Leadership Program takes the best pieces of what has previously been called the Madrichim Program while providing a greater depth of skill-development and trainings.
Students in 8th-12th grade will have the opportunity to develop their skills as leaders and emerging Jewish educators by

serving in our Religious School as teaching assistants, classroom aides, administrative supports, mentors, and role models. Applications are available here.
