Hesed Summer Cooking Event

Come cook for a cause! Registration is open for Adas Israel’s Summer Hesed Cooking event. Can’t tell the difference between a ladle and a knaidel? Don’t worry! No cooking experience is required. We will be making delicious honey cakes that will be distributed for High Holy Days. In addition to focusing on this effort as an act of hesed, each cooking event incorporates kavanah (intention) and Torah learning with one of our rabbis. Join fellow Adas members along with Rabbi Sarah, Hesed Chair Rae Grad, and cooking team co-leaders Susan Barocas and Kristen Carvalho for our summer cooking event. Volunteers are asked to be at least 16 years of age.
