Pop-Up Hesed Cooking Event

Are you a member of the Adas community who has been furloughed? During these tough times, we'd like to help you and give you an opportunity to help others at the same time. For a special pop-up Hesed cooking event, furloughed workers are invited to prepare food for themselves, their families and other furloughed workers as well as community members who are sick, in mourning, juggling a new baby or have other needs where a delivery of food would be appreciated. Furloughed participants will take home as much food as they choose. Register for our pop-up event on January 31st at. If there is a waiting list, contact Kristen Carvalho (kristencarvalho@gmail.com) to have your name added to the list.

Please remember that our Hesed freezer remains available to everyone in our community. At any time, anyone who needs food or wants to provide food for others is welcome to take from the freezer. There is no sign out and no cost to people using Hesed food, always prepared with loving kindness.
