Calling All Cooks! Join the Hesed (loving kindness) cooking team on Tuesday, February 25, at 6:30 PM for our next cooking event. We are thrilled that some of the food we are making will go to children the TraRon Center, an important organization founded by Ryane Nickens, which provides support and after school activities for children in Ward 8 who have been exposed to gun violence. The rest of the food will be filling up our freezers. 

Keep in mind that these events fill up quickly, so register very soon. If registrations for this event are full and you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please email Jacky at jacky.arrowsmith@gmail.com.  

Volunteers for this event should be at least 16 years old. Please bring an apron or you can buy a special Hesed apron with two big pockets and an adjustable neck strap for just $18.
