About Youth Groups
USY (United Synagogue Youth) – Adas Israel’s youth group for teenagers in 9th through 12th grades – allows your children to bond with others during the interchapter events, leadership training opportunities, dances, and sports leagues that occur throughout the year. As part of the Seaboard Region, USY teens participate in a variety of social, religious, social action, and fund-raising events each month, as well as in conventions and programs on both the regional and international level. Additionally, USY offers an exciting range of summer programs within the United States and abroad. Tune back in later this month for a full calendar of chapter events. Kadima, Hebrew for "forward,” is the middle school age affiliate of USY. Adas Israel’s Kadima activities include monthly social, religious, and social action events for 6th through 8th graders.  Kadima is part of the wider Seaboard Region, which offers two conventions each year and a number of other fun events where hundreds of members from across the region join together to create memories that will last forever.
